Corporate & Social Responsibility Policy
Menfor Group is a socially and environmentally responsible business. We realise that our activities have an impact on the environment, our employees and the communities we work in. That’s why Menfor Group has made a commitment to abide by the principles of corporate social responsibility. Our aim is to ensure we minimise the impacts of our business by approaching our aims and goals responsibly, while remaining profitable and competitive.
This means holding ourselves to rigorous ethical, professional and legal standards. By doing this, Menfor Group can continue to deliver high-quality construction and operational services and help ensure a sustainable built environment for future generations.
In all aspects of our corporate social responsibilities, we work closely with our employees, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure every link in the project chain always meets our own high standards.
Menfor Group strives to balance short-term and long-term interests, as well as integrate economic, environmental and social considerations into our strategic decision-making. We are open-minded in dialogue with those who are affected by our operations, always working towards a solution that minimises disruption and associated issues. This statement provides the bedrock for managing our corporate social responsibilities and forms a strong starting point from which we develop and implement our policies and procedures in the area of corporate and social responsibility.

Health, safety and wellbeing
We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving the standards of occupational health and safety for all our employees. As well as putting effective, strong guidelines and protections in place for subcontractors and those affected by our activities – including members of the public.

Environment
Menfor Group strives to continually improve our environmental performance and take all reasonable steps to manage our operations so as is to minimise our environmental impact and promote good environmental practice. We acknowledge our responsibility to the natural environment and strive to minimise any negative impact from our operations.
Energy and Resources
Climate change is a key environmental challenge faced by our business and wider industry and we regularly review our organisational practices and performance to identify how we can reduce our requirements for energy, transport and water usage. We also promote good practice in respect of recycling and waste minimisation. Wherever possible Menfor Group will use alternative materials and methods to optimise the use of resources in collaboration with our clients and suppliers.
Innovation
We at Menfor Group are working alongside our clients to create modern, sustainable solutions in the built environment.
Examples of this are working with plant companies to reduce emissions, increase site safety and increase efficiency.
Our innovation team are also working with PPE manufacturers and other organisations to promote a safe working environment.
