Stress Awareness Month

April marks the Stress Awareness Month, it is held every April since 1992 to increase a public understanding about the causes and the remedies for our everyday stress.

The theme this year is “The 30 Day Challenge Regaining Connectivity, Certainty and Control”.
Everyone is being encouraged to pick one action each for your Physical, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing to carry out every day.

The 30-day challenge will maximise your chances of turning useful knowledge and techniques into positive behavioural change.
