Menfor Group has delivered £1.9 million of works for VolkerFitzpatrick on the successful completion of the £39 million Rockingham Gateway Logistics Facility in Corby.
The landmark development comprises a 500,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art multi-user distribution unit for long-standing client Mulberry Developments. Located within the Rockingham Enterprise Area—a key strategic employment zone supported by North Northamptonshire Council—the facility is set to create hundreds of full-time jobs and generate significant economic value for the region
